In modern paint shops, the coating material is applied by painting robots with atomizers. For an optimal result, the interaction of compressed air and paint is crucial.

For the compressed air treatment, the paint shop manufacturer relies on the single-stage, dry-running TEW 110 compressor. The intake air from the compressed air network with the existing pre-pressure of 7 bara is compressed to 10 bara. The compressor fulfills the quality requirements that are placed on the compressed air. It must be free from dust, dirt and silicones, as well as dry and free of condensate and oil. It must also be ensured that there is sufficient volume with constant air pressure.
