Focus of your activity

  • You design compressor systems and units and are responsible for the feasibility, concept, construction and function of the systems
  • As a team, you will develop new products and improve and maintain the product portfolio
  • They conceptualize, calculate, test technologies and prototypes and accompany the system from the first concept to successful commissioning
  • You will work closely with customers, our sales department, strategic and project-related purchasing and our development department
  • You coordinate, manage and evaluate the tasks and results of external engineering service providers and suppliers
  • You have a sound knowledge of piston compressors and machines and a good knowledge of thermodynamics and construction technology

Your profile

  • Engineering studies with a focus on compressors, prime movers and work machines, piston engines
  • Experience in the construction and testing of piston engines
  • Professional experience in the field of piston compressors and piston machines
  • Confident handling of calculation tools (structural mechanics) and first experience in flow calculation
  • Confident handling of 3D CAD (Solidworks), experience with ERP and PLM systems
  • We require profound knowledge in the planning, implementation and testing of small and medium-sized systems and their control as well as application knowledge of the relevant standards and the Machinery Directive
  • Interest in interdisciplinary tasks and familiarization with innovative areas of responsibility
  • Ability to work in a team and the ability to work independently
  • Good German and English skills
  • Personally, you convince through communication skills, willingness to cooperate as well as organizational and problem-solving skills and a structured way of working
