Focus of your activity

In this project you will oversee the introduction of a CRM system. You will work closely with the key users. You coordinate the departments belonging to sales with the key users, compare the processes and data and organize training courses for the sales staff. You also ensure data maintenance and create documentation of the processes.

Your profile

  • You are a student in business administration, computer science, business informatics or related subjects and are interested in interdisciplinary issues.
  • You have organizational talent and an affinity for IT, are stress-resistant and work in a structured manner. You can communicate in German and English.
