Focus of your activity

  • Processing of technical customer inquiries
  • Conducting briefings and debriefing with service technicians
  • Coordination of complaints with the specialist departments
  • Maintaining data on the machines in the ERP system, including creating a machine history
  • Support with customer training
  • Support in tool and emergency box maintenance

 

Your profile

  • Training as an industrial mechanic or mechatronics technician with further training as a technician or technical business administrator
  • Knowledge in compressor construction and plant engineering advantageous
  • At least three years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge MS Office, ERP system (preferably abas)
  • Knowledge of English necessary, further foreign language advantageous
  • Organizational skills, communication skills
  • valid driving license class B
