Focus of your activity

  • Preparation of offers for conversion and maintenance work on compressors as well as cost estimates for repairs after technical clarification
  • Sending offers and order confirmations
  • Follow-up of the orders
  • Recording and billing of service orders and assembly slips in the ERP system
  • Monitor orders by shipping date
  • Maintenance of master data in the ERP system
  • Planning and preparation of worldwide customer service assignments, including visa procurement
  • Support in the planning, preparation and implementation of our Service Academy training courses

Your profile

  • Organizational talent with an interest in technical and commercial topics (training as an industrial mechanic, car mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic or comparable, preferably with additional commercial training)
  • Knowledge of MS Office, ERP system, preferably abas and the Habel archiving system
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Good knowledge of English, preferably another foreign language
  • Customer and service-oriented, punctual and quality-conscious
  • Flexible and a team player, independent and responsible
