Focus of your activity

  • Establishment and maintenance of regular customer contact and offer tracking
  • Implementation and methodical development of market and competition analyzes
  • Preparation and support for new customer acquisition
  • Creation of offers in CRM and follow-up (order confirmations, invoices, etc.)
  • Arranging customer visits for our sales staff
  • Generation and maintenance of customer data
  • Participation and support for trade fair appearances
  • Optimization of processes and standards

Your profile

  • Successful commercial training or study or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in a similar position is desirable
  • Good organizational skills and convincing hands-on mentality
  • Technical affinity
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers and on the phone
  • Good knowledge of English and German is required
  • Pronounced service concept paired with a proactive and supportive nature
