Focus of your activity

  • Friendly, polite, courteous reception and care of the visitors as well as explaining the safety and order regulations
  • Operation of the switchboard
  • Organization of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Contact person & coordination of caretaker activities, cleaning service, food dispensers and drinks
  • Administrative activities in administration, e.g. travel management
  • Commercial assistance to the production manager
  • Support of pre- and post-processing of special projects
  • Responsible for cleaning and making available the coffee / beverage cups

 

Your profile

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a travel agent, is desired
  • Excellent manners, well-groomed appearance and positive attitude, leave the very best impression on our customers and visitors
  • Service-oriented, team-oriented and enjoy dealing with people from different countries and cultures
  • Work in a very structured, independent and conscientious manner
  • Bring excellent written and spoken German and proficiency in English
  • Courteous, polite and friendly towards the guests
  • Knowledge of operating a switchboard
  • PC skills (MS Office, ERP system, DMS, Internet)
  • Knowledge of currently valid postage and price lists, franking machine
  • Empathy (responding to people, customs, customs and circumstances)
