The CO2 from the fermentation in the brewing process gets recovered for further use by the CO2 recovery plant. During this process, the CO2 must be prepared, compressed and made available in liquid form in tanks before being added to the final beer product.
The two-stage compressor TRZ 300, which is part of the recovery system, was replaced by the Mehrer Service team started up at a well-known brewery in southern Germany.
