Focus of your activity

  • Purchasing technical components
  • Selection and development of suppliers and support in supplier evaluations
  • Leading negotiations with suppliers until the conclusion of the contract
  • Preparation, negotiation and implementation of framework contracts
  • Technical and business review of purchasing documents
  • Assistance with assessments of technical feasibility
  • Support the Head of Supply Chain Management in the further development of strategic purchasing
  • Execution of orders according to specifications from the ERP system
  • Material planning of purchased parts and services
  • Participation in purchasing and cross-departmental projects
  • Execution of delivery / AB reminders and delivery reminders
  • Support in the preparation of key figures
  • CIP in terms of cost, quality and deadlines
  • Master data maintenance based on specifications from the factory standards committee

Your profile

  • Commercial training with an affinity for technical products or technical training with enjoyment of commercial activities
  • Several years of professional experience in technical purchasing
  • Excellent negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and an ERP system, preferably ABAS
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Teamwork, communication skills, self-orientation, flexibility, resilience
  • Pragmatic and analytical way of working
