  • Organization and support of personnel selection

  • Permanent optimization and adjustment of job descriptions and requirements
  • Communication and employer marketing on common social media channels as part of recruiting in coordination with marketing
  • development of Mehrer to an attractive employer brand
  • Support and representation of colleagues in all other personnel issues

Your profile

  • Completed business administration degree with a focus on human resources or comparable qualifications
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in recruiting
  • Knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law, preferably M+E
  • Knowledge of English
  • Good PC knowledge (MS Office)
  • Ability to work in a team, communication skills, organizational skills, customer orientation, flexibility, independent and responsible way of working
  • Empathy (responding to people and circumstances)
